Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Bulgarian group Huvepharma, a global pharmaceutical company which specializes in the development, production and commercialization of human and animal health products, on its acquisition of the Animal Health Division of Neovia (InVivo Group).
The division is composed of Qalian France (Segré), Meriel France (St Etienne), Qalian Portugal (Lisbon) and Qalian Italy (Carpi). The acquisition includes the Qalian and Meriel production facilities in Segré, St Etienne and Carpi.
